Welcome to PNW Cryotherapy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services in the State of Washington.

Services

We provide the following non-veterinary services:

  • Equine Cryotherapy

  • Equine Massage Therapy

  • Equine Craniosacral Therapy

  • Equine Sports Massage

  • Equine PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy)

  • Pet & Livestock Cryotherapy

  • IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)

1. Not Veterinary Services

We are not licensed veterinarians.

  • Services are for wellness, maintenance, and complementary support only

  • We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions

  • You agree to consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns

2. Washington Equine Activity Liability Notice

Under RCW 4.24.530, equine professionals are not liable for injuries resulting from inherent risks of equine activities.

WARNING
Under Washington law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorized agent

  • You have disclosed all health conditions and behavioral issues

  • Your animal is safe to handle

  • You will follow care instructions

We may refuse service for safety reasons.

4. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks related to:

  • Animal handling

  • Physical therapies

  • Equipment-based treatments (e.g., PEMF, cryotherapy)

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Washington law:

  • We are not liable for injury, illness, or death of any animal

  • We are not responsible for undisclosed or pre-existing conditions

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for services

6. Consent to Treatment

By booking, you provide informed consent for all listed therapies.

  • You understand results are not guaranteed

  • You may withdraw consent at any time

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment due at time of service unless agreed otherwise

  • Late fees may apply

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Minimum 24 hours notice required.

  • Late cancellations/no-shows may incur fees

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content is owned by PNW Cryotherapy and may not be reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

11. Changes to Terms
